QSPS offers such a beautiful nurturing service. The staff possess an amazing combination of knowledge and intuition. You don't often experience their level of service and care and I would highly recommend the studio to anyone wanting either a gentle rehabilitation programme or a challenging workout. Their proficiency extends from the highly informed Pilates trainers through to the thorough and organised office staff - not to mention the range of services available. WOW QSPS! What a special place!
This Studio was highly recommended to me so I went along - they are very accommodating in getting you in to a suitable time slot - the instructors are friendly and very well qualified - prices are reasonable - atmosphere is great - no issues when I had to take my small child with me - good results too
