I would not recommend this company. John and Anne did an unprofessional job. After every 3 weeks, for 5 months with Quick Trims Gardening, to see how they worked and give chemicals a chance to work, my lawns/grass looked worse than before they started. It went from lush green grass to patchy brown dull looking grass. The weeds never stopped growing and multiplied. My garden beds were not looked after and looked terrible and my plants were not cared for (and were discovered
by another to be diseased). After contacting John and Anna and telling them my concerns and asking them to pay some attention to my concerns, they told me I should look for someone else to service my lawns/gardens. They didn't even offer to work on my concerns. I am an NDIS participant and they would tell me they offer regular service on a minimum schedule of every 3 weeks, for 2 hours, for my small basic yard. I timed them every single time they did my lawns/gardens, starting from when their car arrived to when it left and they were not ever here for more then 30 minutes, even on their first day, when my grass and weeds were overgrown - they were scheduled for 2 hours. And don't expect them to get on there hands and knees to do anything!.
John was a nice person to meet when I requested a quote from him before arranging him to be my regular gardener, but though he acted like he was a professional with years of experience, him and his wife, Anne, did not act it or show it in their work in my opinion.
FYI my house and lawn/garden beds were all newly built late November last year in 2021 and I started using John and Anne for my gardening needs in March 2022.
