Rosana and Maria were great help when it came to choose my wedding gown! As soon as I walked through the door of their lovely store, I was amazed by the choice of beautiful gowns and their super-friendly customer service. They had the patience of an angel, helping me trying on different styles of dress although I didn't even have an appointment on that day. There were too many nice dresses to choose from and I had to come back on the following day. Once again Rosana and Maria welcomed me with a smile, let me take a few pictures for my mum as she’s living overseas and it's no surprise I found my beautiful dress at R&M Brides. It was a great experience and after a few alterations my wedding dress came out perfect! And for that I'm very grateful.

Having come from a bridal wear shopping experience which left a bad taste in my mouth, I happened upon R&M and decided just to have a look. The next thing I knew, I'd bought a dress! Rosanna and Maria were so accommodating, professional but friendly and they quickly put me at ease. There was absolutely no pressure and nothing was too much of a hassle! Excellent value too! I came to R&M Brides on a whim but I'm so glad I did, it's the first and last bridal store I need to visit! I've hear some horror stories about looking for wedding dresses over the years, so as an older and "cuddly" bride, I expected to hate this experience. But Rosana has been amazing, on my first visit she put me completely at ease & I even managed to have fun. She helped me work out which styles flattered my figure by giving genuine advice rather than a sales pitch. On my second visit, we put together the elements I liked from a couple of different gowns to design my own, unique wedding gown ... with Rosana's help I found the dress of my dreams!

Super friendly ladies, totally accommodating of custom designs or tweaks to their designs which is very unusual, flexible to the very end ensuring complete satisfaction, patient with a brides nerves and uncertainty and very competitive prices! Have recommended them to several friends and would definitely work with them again on other formal dresses.
