Just had our bathroom renovated (Tullamarine) and used R.A and J Nichols builders. I can’t recommend them enough! So happy. They’re not the “cheap as chips” type, so you can set your alarm to them being on time, we’re always in touch with any issue and they wouldn’t sign off it themselves until every single thing was fixed and finished to perfection, even when I said I could do it myself! It’s a small bathroom so they didn’t need this small job but I felt like I was their only client. Couldn’t be happier!

We had an internal wall removed that needed a 6-7 metre angled steel beam added in two sections, that needed to be welded on to the main steel beam running perpendicular to this. A section of the roof had to be removed and covered with tarps. Rob organised everything, the materials, the building permit, the boiler maker to do the welding, and many hands to do the lifting as power lines were in the way of using a crane. Afterwards Rob also organised a roofer to reinstate the tiles.
