It is one of the best insurance company in Australia. Their services are excellent and the staff are well trained.They charge very reasonable fees. We would be very happy to continue our policy with RACV.

I really was hit with good customer service when i needed it the most, and that was to choose car insurance. Ended up getting a good rating and deal, plus there was help from the staff who described my options clearly and took a great part in choosing the correct insurance for me.

After making an appointment with an RACV consultant, I decided to insure home buildings, contents, and vehicle through RACV, and am very happy after having many problems with other insurance companies in the past, very satisfied customer!

We were undecided as to what level of RACV cover to get for our son who has a motorbike and a car. The woman discussed a range of options until we opted for Total Care. I will add that she was most patient in dealing with our indecisiveness :)
