My boyfriend was allergic to our carpet, because it had obviously not been cleaned for a trillion years before we moved in. I used a carpetcleaning service I found on the internet, and they were awful. I opened up the built-in cupboard, which I had expressely told the cleaner had carpet in the bottom too, and found a bus ticket still there, on the floor. Not cleaned! My boyfriend's horrible allergies were going crazy even after their visit.

But the guys from rapid dry saved us. We had them over to clean the carpet, and it looked cleaner than it has ever before!

Called Rapid Dry after a flood and Marcus attended straight away. He was very friendly which was just what I needed whilst looking at my kitchen floor which was under water. Marcus did a fantastic job and even left heaters in my property to help dry out my house. Fully recommend him. Extremely efficient and professional but very friendly too.
