We have recently had gas connected to our house, with Rapidplumb carrying out all work installing the relevant pipework from the meter and connecting an instantaneous gas hot water system, a gas imitation log fire, an exterior bayonet fitting for a BBQ and putting pipework in place in preparation for a future kitchen renovation. We were very happy with the work completed. From the first meeting where the quote was given until the job's end, Luke and his team impressed with punctuality, professionalism, commitment to completion of the job and an ability to work through and conquer all of the technical difficulties that are inevitable with this kind of job. The job was completed exactly as described and quoted. I would not hesitate to recommend Rapidplumb to anyone requiring gas fitting jobs completed. Luke was really professional, on time and friendly. He did a great job of fixing our broken toilet cistern and fixed the hot water. (Great for these cold winter days!) Was originally recommended Luke from a plumbing supply shop and have had him come back a couple of times since then. Jobs included fixing noisy pipes, toilet installation and blocked drains. All jobs carried out efficiently and he explained everything along the way. He's always on time and reliable, which is very hard to find! No hesitation in recommending Luke.

Was the best out of three quotes, will listen to you, does a seem-less job and are spot on ordering equipment and keeping you updated without bugging them.

Phone Luke, he is the only trades person I've met recently that does excellent work. We had a water tank put in with auto cut over to mains water. He connected it to two toilets, water washing machine, plumbing was concealed and very neat. He even fixed the kitchen sink (no joke tap was busted).

The plumber arrived on time which is always a great start, he was happy in his work and although it was a basic job he made sure the installation was just right. The job consisted of a connection of dishwasher and installation of ball valve.He also advised us on some other work we may need in the future.I would recommend him to anyone.

Luke converted my barbeque from bottle-gas to natural-gas. He clearly explained the technical details relating to the conversion kit and when we had some parts missing he did not try to cut corners, he spent time looking for the exact part. Finally we had to get the part from the manufacturer and he had to visit our house several times. I found him to be very diligent with an eye for detail. Given this is a gas appliance, I am glad I had someone like Luke attend to it.
