Lovely staff and fantastic food! The serves are HUMUNGOUS!! This is the best Rashay's we have been to by far. We will be back

Where do I start, we where rudely approached at the front and seated in a booth, never got asked where we wanted to be seated. Our order was taken with a yes, okay, it was all a bit robotic. We come here occassionally but recently, the service hasn't been great and the food even less.

There was a girl, not sure if she is a new manager that provided excellent service, made our kids smile while we where waiting for our food and listened to our feedback, aswell as making sure our dessert to come soon after as we where waiting a while.

She deserves a raise, because me and my husband where watching her for a while and she attended each table, came with drinks or whatever they where waiting for. We couldn't find her after to thank her, but if your reading this (girl with the short/ buzz cut hair) Thank you for making our night better, we have had a rough couple of weeks and your positivity aswell as making sure we got everything we needed has made our night, week even. and we hope next time you will be working aswell so we can personally thank you.

Start of our night wasn't great, waitress was rude, our food came seperate, and overall just not great. halfway through our meal we did get better service by a waitress or manager Jess. She attended us quickly, came quickly with what we asked for and made our night better. If I could give seperate stars for jess it would be 10 stars, 2 for everything else.

Amazing service/staff and dishes were amazing , the staff were very kind and helpful with kids , it was my anniversary and the staff has made my family very happy

absolutely love the mini Rashay's chicken and chips! one of my favourite meals. great service and a comfortable atmosphere. staff are helpful, reasonably priced.

Great food, great prices, good spot.

Some times noisy and staff slow, but have always had great food.

Gets very busy if big group best to book.

I go here for the "Steak Special" especially, with Dianne Sauce. Love it, Steak and Chips for $14. Plus the cook the steak really good! I get medium and its beautiful. Went through a stage of not eating steak for a very long time (not a vegetarian or anything) but this one got me back into it. Plus you can join the rashays club for special offers and discounts. && Have you tried the desserts??? If you love Nutella you will love pretty much everything lol....& the mars bar cheesecake WOW!

Tried this place for the first time on Monday and the food for the price was great, portions are reasonable and plenty to choose from. Set up of tables could be better as it was a big place but we were all squashed in one area. Staff were friendly and chatty which always makes a difference

I literally go here once a fortnight, i went to school with some of the staff/chefs there, great food. My kids love there kids meals too, great and close place to catch up with friends.

The food is delicious and greatly priced, the staff are really friendly the drinks are huge and the atmosphere is just great place for a date or a catch up with friends

Rashays has been a hit since it opened $7 snitzel is unbeatable, I've had.a steak there before and asked for it to be well done and when it arrived at my table it definitely wasn't how I liked it, I asked could they fix it and they did but was disappointing I had to start eating when everyone else had finished, they make fantastic hot chocolate and I'm a massive fan of their milk shakes, staff are very fun and bubbly, you can get a meal for around $25 which is good

Been few times great food but service needs a little improving $10 pizza or pasta Mondays is great. Specials menu good variety. Great place for lunch with girlfriends.

Finally we found a great place to go when you have kids it's such a putty it wasn't in Melbourne, we went on holiday a few weeks back, and we decided to go out for family dinner and we arrived here and man we loved it my daughter was happy and so that makes us happy, service was ok but they were quite busy so it was completely understandable. Best thing came when we got ready to pay and was told that Sundays kids eat free we were delighted yay

I was happy to see Rashays open so close to home. Been there twice. A few pros and cons.

First visit - i didn't like the way they served the chicken. Piled up with so much on the plate it almost looked like dog food but tasted amazing. Presentation was the let down. Also no alcohol was served as they didn't have their licence. Should have told us when booking.

Second visit felt really rushed. We ordered entree and were asked if we wanted our mains together. We ordered mains but told them after we've finished the entree. Waiter came again and asked if we wanted our mains and i said no but guess what, mains arrived and we hurried to finish our entree. All up we were only there for 45mins and felt as if they were trying to just get rid of us. It's not like the place was full. Once again no alcohol served and no one notified us when booking.

I love Rashays food but they need to work on their presentation and customer service skills.
