Owned by big bad Barry Hall, this pub is great, with bands playing there very often and good food to boot. This is a great pub on Melbourne's outskirts.

The absolute best that a country pub has to offer, a fantastic atmosphere, great food with variety from Aussie to Chinese meals. There is a meal deal for a 2 course meal for only $14, with $3 extra for salad or vegies. When I go there I get a schnitzel, chips, salad and a sundae for only $17, unbeatable! The staff are great too, with Sam and his family (I think, not sure) running the kitchen and Wendie running the bar, they're all fantastic. Recommended, although I think that they're undergoing renovations at the moment.
