Simple content, impossible course format.

I do not recommend. Overly complex course format. With the content being as straight forward as it is, navigating past the roadblocks these guys put up for the student to demonstrate that they have understand the course is far more difficult than the content itself. Clearly they are understaffed and subcontract out every area of their business, but it makes completing their course a proper noghtmare

Not even one star. AN Utterly BAD course and should NOT be a registered Training Organisation in Australia. The content is non-explanative, as if they have scrambled basic internet information and published it for themselves. The User Information and User Platform navigation is beyond acceptable. Overly Comprehensive unnecessarily. Full of immature role play of which you cannot do properly and interrupts too many people’s time again, unnecessarily.

The navigation is off 100%. All the course information should be in the learner guide portals. You cannot access these simultaneously with out loosing data. The printed off documents or info lists are disgraceful.
The marking and lack of course assistance…. By trying to keep it all cheap, it’s an incompetent course and not reflective of what is needed today. Who T F’ signed this off?

And what is worse, I was coerced into buying this for a job interview with Century 21… (Commissions???) You couldn’t apply unless you were enrolled in this course specifically. What the actual F? This is legal in Queensland. Better standards across the board is needed Australia.

Please avoid this provider. YOU WILL GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. It is the cheapest for a reason.

I signed up for the course 25/08/2022 and have noticed issues in the course content being dispersed all over each module and not easy to follow.

The main issue is information being scattered all over. In some modules you have highlighted text telling you to chase up a document in another part of the module before you can continue. In the intro video you are told you can track your progress with a bar of completion but the actual fact it doesn't work, I ticked completed module to finish and had 2 emails sent by the moderator telling me to not click it until the end of the course.

Everything is only marked at the very end of the whole submission so you have to wait until the very end to find out if you actually completed it and the disclaimer tells you it is marked as 'not satisfactory' until it's completed with some feedback.

With their refund process it's not possible once you click into the portal and that's not even making a start on the course. This is their policy:

* If the student portal has not been accessed and REAA determines that the online course is deemed not suitable for the student, the course will be cancelled, and full fees refunded.
* No refunds will be issued once the student portal has been accessed under any circumstances.

Again you get what you pay for, it's a cheap course and you will see cheap production throughout.

I started the QLD Real Estate Full Licence Course (CPP41419) on the 28thof April 2022. I had high hopes for this company considering the absurdly high price, however, the assessment questions are incredibly repetitive, the workbooks are not relevant to the questions. The learning material was also missing massive chunks of information that was required for the assignments. The course is unprofessional, providing materials through YouTube, the marking is incorrect, there are endless amounts of assessment pieces making it nearly impossible to complete them all. The learning site is riddled with mistakes and formatting/grammatical issues
This course seems like a complete scam.
When you request a refund they continuously shut you down and in no way offer any reimbursement or solution.
Do yourself a favour and stay far away from this company!

Do not go through this RTO. Absolutely terrible. None of the modules had adequate supporting resources to complete it. You will spend significant time researching online resources to complete, and they are not interested in assisting. All correspondence or requests for assistance must be lodged via an online portal and then you have to wait for them to get back to you. I have advised them to send me a refund and quit my enrolment.

I feel so regretful that I paid before I check reviews. A massive amount of repetitive work to make it impossible to complete

If you don't access the course, you can get 25% of your money back. If you do access the course, you cannot get any of your money back.

problem is, it's like buying a box of shoes, opening it up to find no shoes inside. do not bother with this mob, big scams

I Purchased the VIC Agents representitive course and it is a total scam. None of the course material covers any of the topics in the assignment as they state and the whole layout is unprofessional and difficult to follow. It is not worth the money they ask for this. You are better off going somewhere else.

Rip off. The online course is not user friendly. I tried calling REAA at 11:30am and my response wasn't until 3pm. The learning material is laid out poorly and questions are incredibly ambiguous, rarely relating to the video content. I would imagine that any of the good reviews are either staff or those who perhaps sat the face to face course (which was not possible for me). I have successfully worked in the industry before and this course is by far the worst I have ever encountered. Beware if you have ever been bankrupt of in receivership, you can't get a license. Apparently it's in the fine print of the enrolment page. Would've been nice to know before I forked over my hard earned cash. This is a terrible course and not worth the money at any level. Perhaps someone who is used to University style study might find it ok but if I'd been to University I wouldn't have enrolled in this course. The questions, as pointed out previously are ambiguous, random and worded in such a way that the facilitator clearly expects you to know what they are "thinking", rather than being clear and concise and relative to the videos and REAA learning guide. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

Loved doing this course (Full licence). It was difficult as I was new to the industry,
the grading was efficient and fair, queries were answered quickly. For those that say it's too hard, you should get a new career, it was just what was required. (Might need to proof read some of the questions and content, doesn't cause issues though)

Im curious how you were able to do a Full Licence course if you are new to the industry? This makes no sense at all....
