I thought I was too old to start some regular exercise but after personal training sessions with Rachel and then working out at her 6 week Boot Camp sessions where I could go to as many as 16 sessions each week I am proof that is not the case. The sessions are fun as well as being well constructed. My G.P. is impressed too because my blood pressure and cholesterol levels have improved. Both Rachel and Danni make the workouts enjoyable which is not what I've ever thought or heard about other "Boot Camps". I would highly recommend Real Life Fitness - even to "oldies" like myself.
