They were faced with the filthiest squalor from a tenant... No one wanted to go into this granny flat yet alone tackle it! Really Clean were beyond excellent, they got all the right people through the door and the final clean was outstanding in every way. I don't recognise the place compared to how it was left! 110% happy.

I hate to admit guys but I really had bad experience. I was asked to pay extra for something I never consented for. Also, I went back to check on property next day the cleaning wasn't even up to the standard. I had to redo most of it. When I tried to raise concerns about this I wasn't treated well. Worst experience ever. Will never go for this company again.

I'm sorry you feel this way. We did not force you to pay extra at all, we asked you to due to the condition of the unit. We responded to your emails and explained to you about our excessive cleaning clause.
We cleaned the property without additional payment from you.
I'm wondering why you've decided to bad mouth us when we went above and beyond on your job. You were not charged extra and the entire job was completed. You might need to reconsider your words.
Great clean nice people but very expensive prob would not use again based on price only , had another clean different company half the price
