I bought T-shirt for my partner and it doesn’t fit on him so, i went there to get refund but they denied to refund because of stain but That wasn’t worn. T shirt has got tag and everything. So bad customer service.

Bad customer service. Went go exchange a pair of shoes for a bigger size and the guy who served me didn’t greet me at all- wasn’t even friendly and just seemed annoyed. Not even a smile. What has happened to customer service? Have employees forgotten how to speak to customers? lol.

This is one of the bigger Rebel Stores stocking a decent variety of products. I've had pleasant experiences with customer service but nothing that would make me give the store 5 stars. The prices are quite expensive so it's best to wait when there's a sale.

I was despearate for a pair of shin pads and ran into Rebel Sport at 5.27pm. Due to close at 5.30pm, the customer service I received was incredible. The sales consultant took his time with me, not worried about the store closing and ensured I had the right fit. I was very impressed.

I called this store looking for soccer boots as they were where I bought my last pair. The young girl on the phone looked at the computer and then spent 5 minutes or so checking the actual shelves looking for the size and style of boot I was after.. When she could not find what I wanted she then detailed all the stores near me which had options for me and I then went to one of those stores to buy the boots.
I honestly was a bit disappointed that all the effort she went to for a phone call and the sale went to another store. Great service even when they knew they didn't have what I needed.

very good I was looking for good running shoes at the right price and find the perfect pair, bought the shoes and they have lasted well. Very helpful and informative staff, easy to find what your looking for

Became a member in the past two months, and was able to purchase a unique football and AFL ball on special. Staff were very efficient. I also asked about tennis balls and the staff was able to recommend to me which ones to buy.

I always find SALE on Rebel is really great. I play tennis so they give sometimes very good deal in tennis and most great experience i had with the sales person their knowledge about sports product are really really good.

Purchased tracksuit and joggers. Very friendly staff, but sometimes limited. Extremely happy with the quality and discount received as the shop provided discounts for students attending supporting schools.

When we walked into the shop we got acknoledged not straight away by the salesperson. However the service we received was very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Was worth going in there. They have great choice of producst but slightly expensive however better then other places sell.
