Absolutely fantasic service provided by Red carpet removals on 10/4/2015 from Camberwell to Richmond. Great customer service, professionalism and friendly patient movers. They looked after our items and really showed a high level of respect. Highly recommend and will most definitely use again in the future.

Extremely happy with Sam & Marco today. They handled everything with extreme care and really showed passion in what they do. Our last move was the complete opposite. It cost us less per hour but we had to pay $480 in repair bills for our leather couches. The move was actually more expensive then the valet service provided by Red carpet removals today.
I also liked the fact they call 1 hour prior to arrival. I am very appreciative and will recommend Red Carpet Removals.

I've used Red Carpet Removals on 2 occasions. The removalists are always nice and friendly. The truck is always on time and ETA is always sent through the morning. My Antique furniture was shrink wrapped and mattresses were plastic wrapped.
Sam's exceptional communication skills really gives you piece of mind.
I've had an excellent experience on both occasions and I'll definitely be contacting Red Carpet Removals for future moves.

Two guys from Red Carpet Removals actually helped my sister and I change our tyre on the side of the road near Albury NSW around 6 months ago. That's how we got to know of their service. My sister calls it fate, I call it good Samaritans. We used their services on Wednesday to move us down to Melbourne and we could not fault them. They were just so bloody nice, cheeky smiles and are really talented. They even drilled out the washing machine out let hole that the builders forget to do. I would recommend them to anyone and be sure to ask for Sam & Adam.

Red Carpet Removals really delivered on their promise. I was told by Sam who I believe is a real life gentleman and not one of these tough Removalist guys who talk the talk but wont walk the walk. Sam told me if I wasn't 99% satisfied that he'd move us for free, when I heard these words I knew that these guys put clients needs first and would move my family with ease. Money wasn't my issue, it was the last movers from another reputable company who moved us into our rental 18 months back while our house was getting built. They sent us 2 overseas students to do our massive move who did not have the slightest idea. Oh well we live and learn, lets get back to Red Carpet Removals. The two young men I had last week were outstanding. It was raining badly and we had same day settlement to deal with which was so stressful. Sam and Jordan still showed up as planned and really worked like machines to get us on our way. The smile on their faces was such a relief and not once did they complain.

Our recent move with Red carpet removals was a stress free one. We were moving our 3 bedroom home from Camberwell to Thomastown. We obtained 3 quotes and found them to be reasonably priced and very well reviewed which is what put them above the rest. The 2 movers were hard working polite and worked very well together. No damages and pretty much moved us in 4.5hrs. I was expecting a lot longer. Needle in a hay stack trying to find a good mover these days. Sam from Red Carpet Removals is fantastic! Excellent communication was provided throughout the whole process. Karl & Abz were punctual on the day and took extreme care especially with our pianola. Excellent experience with Red Carpet Removals. They came highly recommended through a single mums group on Facebook. I was only moving 6 items yet they exceeded my expectations and blew me away. On completion of job they started the truck and refused to take money. I had to literally throw the money in the truck. I couldn't recommend these guys high enough.
