Having been a member for well over 12months now, there is several good and not so good points. I find that there has been a very limited amount of new equipment placed into the facility over this period, would highly recommend some plyometric jump boxes, kettle bells, and/or replacement of some of the weight machines (leg extension machine has broke couple times now and seat adjustment has not been suited for shorter people, also leg press machine is very outdated and cable on it is faulty). I feel the use of new equipment occasionally will allow gym goers the opportunity the have more variety in there workouts and also boost motivation to try new things ect. The air-con has been found to be off on several occasions which is defiantly quite unpleasant, especially for the summer months.
The staff are always welcoming and approachable. Having limited members does allow for the use of the equipment more frequently which is great. I feel with a few minor changes mentioned above, plus the adding of a vending machine, the possibility of adding a shower to the bathroom will liven the place and create a more motivating environment. Privately owned, and the owners attend the gym. Friendly chatty easy going staff. The PT's are always very happy to help out, suggest something to enhance your session or goal. Machines/weights/workout areas are always clean, tidy and easy to access. Limited memberships so your not queuing for machines/weights, open 24/7. Easy parking, close to bus transport.

Excellent gym, limited members so there is always access to the equipment I want to use. Everything is there to do a complete body workout,, good quality cardio machines.

An enjoyable gym experience. Privately owned. Not a franchise. Very friendly. Always clean and tidy. Plenty of equipment to use. Great views from the weights room, very relaxing.
