Very disapointed in the service and product from Reece Norwood.
We chose a new toilet a couple of years ago when we bought our house.
It is an 'American Standard' and was recommended by sales staff as a good brand. Paid $650 for it which was getting pricey for a toilet.
We have had no end of problems with the seat - we are on to our 4th seat now, keeps cracking with just normal use. The one we have now isn't cracked but it will not attach onto the 'quick release' catches. The whole seat slides off the toilet whenever you sit on it which is dangerous and upsetting not only for my husband and I but for our 4 and 5 yr old children and any guests we have visit us who need to use the toilet. We have notified Reece of this most recent problem with a phone call and an email back in August 2021, it's now Feb 2022 and so far no response, despite being told over the phone they would work out how to fix it.
I have never written a bad online review before because I believe in addressing problems directly, however, I have been left with no other option this time. Can someone from Reece contact me to arrange a fix???

We have been dealing with Carly for the duration of our build and she has always been extremely helpful. Our calls and requests were always responded to quickly and prices were very competitive to others we had seen. We purchased all our bathroom, kitchen, laundry and BBQ requirements from taps, basins, toilets, sinks and accessories- great range and in store display.
Well done I would recommend to others building or renovating.
