I went to Andrew for his personal training. After 6 months of running I was getting no where. With 1 week of Andrews program I lost 2cm of my chest, around 2cm off my stomach and around the same off my hips. His eating plan and exercise progam fitted in with my lifestyle and I didn't need to change my whole life. It was easy and fun and he has given me the tools to continue on my own. Overall I was extremely impressed and would reccommend this to anyone wanting to lose weight.

Cassandra's massages are amazing. She really targets your problem areas. The room is a nice and relaxing setting so you just go in for an hour and relax. The price is on par with others, but you definitely get more personalised service. She also offers a monthly special - that changes each month.
