One of my favourite hotels to stay in whenever I am on a business or leisure trip to Adelaide. Conveniently located (short walk to Adelaide Central Markets and restaurants in the area). Loads of street parking as well as a multi-storey car park just across the road, if you have a rental car. Staff is courteous, helpful and professional. Rooms are clean and decently spacious.

WE stayed here after booking the mystery special on wotif. It was very nice, the room was lovely and it was clean. The service seemed OK although we had to wait to get our car out of the carpark for quite a while. I would certainly stay there again.

We booked in for 3 nights and when we saw the room thought it was ok, Small sized room and a zipped up king bed. The lamps were a bit dusty. The room attendents didn't change the sheet and pillow cases during the whole stay which I think wasn't acceptable. Bathroom size was good, but moldy though. The breakfast was yummy!

Great place, definitely 5 star and there was nothing to fault about the room, everything is new and it's minutes walk from rundle mall, it definitely delivers the 5 star rating and would stay there again, I recommend it to all my friends if they are having a getaway!

We stayed here on our wedding night and the price was great the room was lovely but i do have to say i wasnt very happy with the way we were treated by the staff especially as it was such a special day and night for us. I did lodge a complaint with staff and never heard anything back. But that aside the rooms are gorgeous the bathroom with the see through wall is really great and very pretty. I couldnt fault the room at all it was perfect. Great place to stay and not that expensive either.

I stayed here the night before and the night of my wedding. Staff were so lovely and helped us out with whatever we needed when we were getting ready in the morning. I wouldn't hesitate to stay there again the room was beautiful as well and the view of the city was stunning at night. They have an extensive pillow menu so you are sure to be able to get a good nights sleep.

This is a 5 star hotel for a reason, and it delivers on it time and time again, one of the most elegant hotels I have ever been in. It frankly has ruined all other hotels for me because none are quite as good as these guys!
From being walked up to our room by the Concierge manager, to ordering pillows at 10 pm, to their amazing in dining experience and most of all their beautiful rooms! I could almost live there really, they are worth the money
