I have been going to renelles for a fear few months I have wanted my hair grey as I'm already going grey iv had a few hits and misses sometimes I think with the next lot of foils I will get what I want but not to be I always end up with a bit of grey and a lot of yellow blonde yes I use their shampoos and conditioner and toners like they say to do I have spent well over a $1000 for something im so not happy with so now im youtubing it and doing it myself the staff are nice but I feel so let down by them and I think they are over priced and you don't get value for your dollor cause you don't get what you ask for ,they talk the talk but thats all they do

Friendly staff and quite helpful but tend to talk a lot, which is fine if you have time to hang around, I just find they don't concentrate as much when they are chatting. Apart from that shop is nice and prices are average.

Friendly service, but ladies talk so much while doing your hair to you and others that it takes forever to get out. I think they forget you need to get home.

i can only say great things about these woman at renelles they make me look my best and treat me awesome best value for money as well very friendly atmosphere try them you wont regret it!!!

I've been going here for about 4 years now. I've always received great service from Renelle herself, her apprentice's on the other hand, have made a few mistakes while cutting my hair when Renelle hasn't been in the salon. Apart from that, it's a fantastic atmosphere, great value, and i would recommend her to anyone.

I have been using Renelle for years and their fantastic service, quality and value for money are always top quality. Stylists are friendly without being 'overly'. I love my visits to Renelle's.
