Got a recommendation from Rent360 in less than 2 hours of submitting the form to find a property manager. My new property manager recommended to me by Rent360 is on top of her game — Sharon is efficient and responsive. She exposed the incompetence of the previous agency I had managing the property who did not perform the latest routine inspection like they made me believe they had (I live in Sydney, the property is in Melbourne, received an invitation to attend routine inspection, told them I couldn't be there and to send me a photographic report, kept chasing them for the report which they said they would send through but never did). With Sharon: she performed the routine inspection once I appointed her and sent me the report the next day, I know who I'm dealing with (with previous agency, I had about 6 people named as my property manager and that changed all the time); I don't have to chase Sharon to chase the tenant if I notice the rent is late as she would have already been on top of it before I noticed and informed me (in contrast, I wouldn't hear from my previous agency unless I reached out).

All good at this stage, quick professional approach, supplied realistic solutions to issues i have had with previous property managers.
