Restore Health & Wellness is a multi-disciplinary allied health clinic, comprised of a team of talented and experienced health practitioners who are skilled, enthusiastic and love what they do.

We offer osteopathy, chinese medicine, and acupuncture, as well as remedial, pregnancy and relaxation massage. We work as individuals or as a team to help you achieve your optimum health and vibrancy.

We are also well known for our work in women health, particularly support and care during IVF programs, and throughout pregnancy. We work to assist women to achieve wellness, and some relief from their discomfort, during this exciting time of life.

Our osteopaths and massage therapists work with acute and chronic pain in their patients, including neck and back pain, shoulder and hip issues, as well headache, chronic pain and sports injuries. Our cranio-sacral osteopath Dr Vanessa Fisher also works gently and sensitively with babies and toddlers, often providing much needed relief for colic, reflux and feeding issues.

Therefore we believe that Restore Health & Wellness is the premier Wellness Centre on the lower north shore. So whether you need individual focus and care, or a team approach for your issue, we will guide you through the best way to achieve long term relief and a return to the vibrancy and wellness you remember from days past.

Kate is the best acupuncturist for pregnancy. My baby was late and in the wrong position and they were talking about a c-section. Midwives told me to see Kate at Restore. Had treatment with Kate and the baby turned into position and I had a natural birth. Thank you so much Kate - I will always be grateful!!

Lovely, friendly and professional practitioners and a wonderful, stylish, clean clinic. The receptionist, Emma, is very friendly and welcoming. 10/10

Nathalie is a fantastic massage therapist - firm and great and working out the muscle knots. Best massage I have ever had.
Alexandra is also awesome too.
