Hi, we had to replace our R/C ducted air con and AAPL were selected for the Job. Nick reviewed our system and was very experienced in providing advice on what unit to install, promptly provided a quote and booked the install date. His technicians Troy and Decklin were very friendly, clean and thorough in the removal of the old unit and the install of the new one. Troy explained clearly what he was doing and answered any questions I had. The electrician Keith was also very experienced, and he and his apprentice were friendly and thorough. After a great experience previously with a split system change over I went back to AAPL again for my new ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system. Once again Nick and his team did a fantastic job with great service, pricing and product. Everything went very smoothly.

AAPL Rockingham recently installed a reverse cycle aircon system for us. The price was very competitive, it was installed quickly and efficiently. The installers and electrician cleaned up after themselves. I would not hesitate to recommend Nick and his team.

Price was really good, the guys doing the installation new exactly what they were doing and did it really really well. Uninstalled our old unit and took it away ( free ) every thing went like clockwork. They told us to run it for 4 days just to be sure before payment. The office girls were terrific to keep in touch. Very happy with the prompt service provided by AAPL, they offered great advice on the best Evap system for the property, made a preliminary check to the property to ensure suitability, and installed the new system within a week during peak season. The tenant loves the new system. I highly recommend AAPL to anyone looking to upgrade their existing AC and will definitely use them, should the need arise in the future.
