I have just recently joined Revive Fitness and find that the staff are very helpful and friendly. It has been taken over by new management and they have given the place a great new face lift. The spa is back open with the steam room to follow soon making an awesome wet area. Lots of new weights equipment and lots of room to move. Plus I am only paying $13.95 per week. I love the group fitness classes as heaps of different ones to choose, even aqua.

I was a member at this gym for 2 years. I signed up on a PT membership where I paid for one PT session a month. Every month I had to follow up with the gym to remind them that I needed another session booked in. For an experiment I didn't remind them that I was due and ended up not having a PT session for 4 months. When I did remind them they did not offer catch up sessions.

After another year in being disappointed in the timetable with the gym, lack of aircon in the Cardio room and the poor service I decided to cancel my membership. I was asked to send an email requesting to cancel my membership. After 4 days of not hearing from them, I called and left a message for someone to call back to confirm that this action had been taken. No call back. I then call today to be told that it has been cancelled but nobody contacted me to let me know that this happened.

The administration and the customer service at this gym is terrible. Do not recommend it for the price you pay.

Staff were often unhelpful particularly in the weight room - as a new member it was difficult to feel comfortable using the service. The group workouts were fine.

This is a very good gym. Their fitness classes are modern and great with good loud music. They have a great wet area with spa and pool. Also have a creche area. Their classes goes for longer than some other gyms.
