The perception that having a Personal Trainer is only for the very rich or for elite athletes is a MAJOR misconception. I had been a member of many gyms over the years and had paid so much in fees for so little a result that a change in my approach was needed. I was to walk the Inca Trail (70km in 2 & 1/2 days) and needed to get fit. I started with Luke at a Boot Camp 2 years ago and have been with the Revolutions team ever since (training with almost all of his trainers at one time or another). Not only did I get fit enough to breeze in the Inca Trail but have raised my level of fitness enough to set my sights on a half marathon later in the year. Luke is one of the most professional trainers I have ever trained with and his commitment, diligence and attention to detail are reflected in all those that work for him. I have NO hesitation in recommending Luke and his team to anyone looking to improve their health and vitality because isn't your health & lifestyle worth it?

having only started with Revolution i have found it nothing but a breathe of fresh air from the normal daunting task of having to work out. especially the fact i have never stepped foot into a Doof Doof Muscle man gym.. The attitude and professionalism they have shown has been second to none especially with the constent contact to see how im feeling to check in with eating and dietry info i work a busy schedual and the early morning session has not been a challendge to wake up for because they make it so fun not to mention the instant results i have seen.

Big props to nathan has been fantastic to train with given me guidence and direction not only with working out but lifestyle choices to help me loose the wieght and maintane a healthy well balenced lifestyle

i know for a fact my realtionship with revolution will be a long and healthy one.

Luke is an excellent personal trainer, who helps and encourages me all the way. He knows when to push me that extra step (even when my mind is telling me that I can't do it) and surprise, surprise I can do it. I've already lost weight and toned up but still have a long way to go but I'm really keen and motivated to stick at it and continue the sessions with Revolution.

I knew that Luke and his team would be able to help from the onset of calling and having such a great personality on the phone. He then set us up with Kiara who I was a bit wary prior to our fist meeting - but now after 6 months of training with her she knows exactly what works and what doesnt. She is a great motivator without making me feel hopeless, and that is all that is important. She pushes me in the right way. The team really is great.

Brilliant! The guys are very accommodating and will adjust to help you out as much as possible. After a badly broken ankle I was a little nervous about what my body would cope with but they always checked with me how it's holding up and changed exercises when my ankle wasn't coping. Now however thanks to the guys I've got a lot of strength back in it and pretty much nothing bothers it. Even all that running.

It's great. They do their best to accommodate your needs and take the time to get to know you. They do a varity of exercises so it's not the same boring thing every time you have a session.

As a long time Melbourne resident, but someone who travels interstate and overseas frequently, I first engaged Luke Scott and the team at Revolution Fitness and Lifestyle in March 2007. I trained up to four times a week, with the goal of increasing fitness and reducing weight. All of the personal training team were very good at pushing my boundaries, but also knew when something wasn't working and would adapt a session accordingly. Unlike other personal trainers I have used, I found Luke to be very empathetic to his customers whilst still achieving maximum output. I am overseas for work at this time, but I still work with Revolution Fitness remotely; checking diet and basic fitness goals on a weekly basis for a fee.

THESE GUYS ARE GREAT. I OWE HALF OF MY HAPPINESS TO THEM. IN TWO YEARS I HAVE LOST HALF OF MY BODY WEIGHT. COULD NOT HAVE DONE IT WITH THEIR HELP THATS FOR SURE.

When I first met with Luke to talk about what I wanted he listened and then explained how they work and how they could help me achieve my goals. Nathan my trainer is great. He is motivating and makes the sessions enjoyable.
