Is this price gouging victorians ?

I live in Melbourne but I am holidaying in Adelaide. Dealer repaced a rear break light on my BT 50. Cost of the Bulb $13 TOTAL PRICE $83 !!!!! Was at the dealership for approx 25 mins

Today we purchased our 1st Mazda CX-5 GT, the experience of picking up our car blew us away. On the way to our 11.00am appointment to collect our car, a short video was received showing our new car under wraps with a red bow. When we arrived at Reynella Mazda, Darren met us & took us to a special area where our new car waited. There was a board as we entered the room congratulating us on our purchase. Darren could not have done more for us, he was thorough, he went over the paperwork, he sat in our car and went through all of the new gadgets to us on the car, he set up our phones on Bluetooth and organised our music selection. Darren introduced us to the service area team who presented us with a bottle of wine, services can be booked on line plus a loan car can be arranged. It has been a few years since we purchased a new car, the level of service provided by all the staff, especially Darren, who we interacted with at Reynella Mazda was extraordinary, all were very professional, courteous, knew their product, were very helpful and friendly, nothing was to much trouble.We look forward to enjoying driving our Mazda CX-5 and having our car serviced at Mazda Reynella. My husband and I recently purchased a Mazda3 from Mazda Paradise Motors, we live in Hillbank. We decided to buy a cargo tray for the boot, but soon established this item is no longer being produced; however we tracked one down at Reynella Mazda, so took the drive yesterday (21 May). Got lost on the new road system, but on reaching our destination we said it was worth the journey! Met with a very helpful employee who not only helped us get to the right area, but installed the tray for us. Service was much appreciated!

I had my Mazda serviced here and the staff were friendly and helpful. They are open on Saturdays which is also handy.

I was told to take my car back to the dealer I got her from for the services and the first one they did they scratched up my car. This made me hesitant to try another Mazda dealer but the staff are all so professional and friendly, they remember me and my car. I appreciate that they are honest and there are no hidden surprises. Whether it is me or my husband taking her in we both get the same great service.

Bought a used car from here about 3 months ago. Was pretty happy with the experience overall. Salesmen wasn't 'pushy' at all. Let me take the car for a test drive, gave me a run down about the attributes and features of the car. The finance dept was the most helpful and genuine bloke I've met in a while.
