5 stars aren’t enough to thank Rhino plumbing for what they have done for us. Rhino plumbing replaced our blocked storm water and sewer terracotta pipes with PVC, built a gravel drainage trench around house in just 1 day. The team is friendly, did outstanding quality job with very reasonable price. I will use this company again in the future.

Ratzel here from cranebrook Marc came on site for free inspection on a complicated storm water pipe which was burried deep and was damage he do the assesment then gave me a fair reasonable qoute and doesnt take advantage. His straight to the point and arrive on time plus he gave me assurance that everything will be fix with no extra cost and stick to the agreed price he qouted for me. Marc and Adam were genuinely honest and reliable plumber. Ill highly recommend their service.

After a local plumber said it would be 10 days b4 they would send out someone just to quote my job, I decided to call Rhino Plumbing even though they were further away.
I’m so glad I did. Within 24 hours they agreed to come out, quoted and completed the job.
Richie and Mat knew what I needed and got on with the job. Within two hours trenches were dug, stormwater pipe was laid, downpipes were connected and soil was put back looking neat and tidy.
I wouldn’t bother ever calling anyone else. These boys know what they’re doing and are incredibly efficient at doing it.
FYI…this was not an emergency job so I can’t imagine how fast they would be if it were.

I needed to replace an old leaking toilet, and got several quotes from several places. Rhino's price was not the cheapest however the company appealed to me with their credibility from the reviews and transparency of their license. I had a thorough phone conversation with Adam on the phone where he described to me what would be done in details. He did ask me to send images of old toilet to avoid any confusion. One obstacle was a 24-hour no-use condition after toilet replacement which would require this to be done on Sunday to suit our calendar.
Adam could accommodate that schedule with small extra fee which I was happy to pay anyway.
On the day (Sunday), Marc and Richie turned up on time around 7.30 am as planned. They were friendly and quickly went into the job: removal of old toilet, grinding the floor to remove the old cement base, assembled of new one, installed it, sealed it and cleaned up. They were very quick in what they do, and clean up properly after the job.
Adam did have a followup message to inform me things had been completed, which was useful if in case i wasn't there.
Overall I was very extremely happy with the service. Will contact them again for future job.

Our first contact was Adam, who was personable, professional and was very transparent with costs and what needed to be done. Richie and Marc attended, they were very professional, knowledgeable and respectful (becoming more rare these days). We are so grateful for the work they did clearing out our drains, which had been a headache for weeks. They explained everything to us and really went above and beyond to make sure everything was done correctly.

My experience with Rhino plumbers was fantastic. They came when they said they would. Richard and Marc are the happiest tradespeople I'm met in years. They were efficient and very fast workers in very trying hot conditions and happily assisted me with a task that was too heavy for me.

Deserves 10 stars! The most honest and conscientious plumbers I have ever met. Explain everything. No jargons. Adam even answered my text at 10pm by calling me to address my concerns. Plumbers with a heart! I thought all plumbers are “the same.” But no they are one of a kind. They know the job very well and does it professionally. No complaints. They price very reasonably. They are not sharks like others. One shark quoted me $6k for the same job Rhino quoted me for just $1500. Can u believe that?! Dont judge how young or old they are. They know their job very well and patient enough to explain them to you. People dont call anyone else. Good people still exist. Thanks God!

I tried a lot of plumbers and these guys are the best in Sydney! They were responsive reliable, and efficient. They came and installed a challenging vanity for me after a number of plumbers turned down the job. They were very reasonably priced and did an outstanding job! Absolutely recommend!

WOW!!! What an amazing experience for the get go from Adam and the team. From sending my first enquiry on Thursday afternoon to completion all works 2PM Monday I have nothing but praise for Adam and his professional team.

I live in a quite old home with the infamous terracotta pipes and unfortunately no sewer diagram, It was recommended to get the pipes inspected for potential leaks, so I engaged Rhino Plumbing on the Thursday (via email) and within 10 mins of sending an email I had a call from Adam. His team were at my doorstep at 7AM the Friday morning.
The completed a thorough inspection of the pipes, drew up the pipe schematic, identified some small breakages. They gave me a quote to repair the pipe as well install an exit hole at the front (which my properly lacked and previous plumbers had made the same comment about). The quote he gave me was very reasonable for the work he and the team needed to complete. Not only that Adam took care of all the applications to start the process to get my sewer diagrams updated with the relevant government departments.

Come Monday morning bright and early, Adam and his team were at my doorstep and ready to start work. Adam kept me in the loop every step of the way and even though they had to do a little bit extra that wasn’t quoted for he kept to the original quote. From 7AM to 2PM the team worked brilliantly in the 30-35 degree Western Sydney heat and not only did they do a brilliant job but they cleaned up all surfaces they worked on (even better than before they arrived).

To be brutally honest I have never had such a high level of service from any trades person from their prompt response, keeping me updated, fair prices and overall professionalism. Thank you Adam and the boys!! Really appreciate your hard work and dedication!

Left an electronic request for unblocking sewer service at midnight and received a follow up 7:00am and ETA 8:30.
Richie and Marc went straight into the job with super gear and cleared both the sewer and made sure my opened up stormwater drain was clear.
Fast, neat and tidy, professional. An excellent experience in my 60 years of responsibility and at least four other plumbers over that time.
