Went here at the weekend to purchase my first proper road bike.

They were incredibly helpful and walked me through everything to make sure that I got the perfect bike and fit. I ended up getting the cheapest road bike in the shop but its perfect.

They took as much time as I needed and were helpful with advice. They also didnt try to sell me lots of unnecessary accessories.

Will certainly be back!

I went to this bike shop and they damaged my bike! a big old scratch in the carbon fibre frame on a $4500 brand new. Yes, they showed me the damage but never apologised or offered to repair it. In the end they got it fixed but charged me for the repairs and the wheel hire!!! Sucked in!! The entire time I dealt with them, they were aggressive and rude. Never apologetic or sorry. I would NEVER go to this bike shop again and now take my business up the road to a more reputable business.

I've been in a few times now with a bike I didn't purchase from their shop to obtain minor upgrades and other various bits and pieces I have needed for my bike. The guys are very honest and friendly - and they are happy to give lots of advice no matter how small the purchase is. Pricing is as expected. Will definitely always be returning to this shop from now on.

I thought I needed a new wheel because it looked buckled beyond belief, the guy chatted to me about it and told me he may be able to fix it (for much cheaper)
