The services are horrible. I have never had a worse experience than this my entire life. On my very first day, I asked the instructor if i was ok for me to attend the class. He was ok with that. When the class started, he attended to everyone in the class. I waited ... hoping that he would instruct me as well but he did not. While he attended to each and every person in the class, I think he has a racial thing against me. It was so humiliating that I left the class midway. I asked them to cancel my membership. While I was told that membership can be cancelled within 7 days with no charges, I was actually charged $30 for practically 15 minutes. While 1 day trial is offered by them online, I was charged $30 for going to them directly and that too for their fault.

I would never recommend it to anyone.

I have been to other recreations within western sydney and the prices I have been quoted for child swimming lessons from Richmond rec were by far the highest. The staff knew what I was looking for but I don't think I can afford the prices they have on offer at this time.

I am a member of another recreation, but I have trained at Richmond from time to time. My experiences have always been positive and the service is always nice, and friendly!

The best value for money gym in Melbourne! No need to pay extra for classes - all is included in membership fees - including the swimming pool, spa, sauna etc. Awesome.

My daughter went to this school from about 18 months of age. Initially she sang songs and all was okay. But the teacher turn over was shocking so we had to break in a new teacher every term, the pool was too small and they squashed 3 classes in there at once and they didnt push the kids. I found my daughter wasnt improving because they didnt push her and they made the parents enter the water even when she turned 3. Plus their service was shocking. You thought you were booked in and they mucked up the booking etc...

This is my favorite gym and I have been a member here for a long time. I joined soon after it opened and loved the size and space, without the pretentious feel of some of the big chain gyms. They have plenty of classes, especially spinning and pump which is important to me. The spa and pool are great too. Members of this gym can also access the Collingwood Leisure Centre too, which is great as they a reasonably close by, but have different class timetables.
