This is a good service centre, we have taken our car there many times and they've always been reasonable. They've also fitted me in at the last minute, car comes back buzzing along happily.

We love Honda in our family and bought it in Brighton but Ringwood was closer for servicing. First time it was fine. Second time we only left a car in for service for one morning and when we were back we were in shock as a tow truck reversed into our car, which their service people parked in not to smart spot and in a new rather small car park. They could have parked it in a safer area, or could have had staff to help the truckie navigate its way around, but they find this a normal thing to happen. In fact they told us it could have happened in any car park in any shopping centre. They missed to mention that Honda dealership's car park is not any car park and we didn't leave our car unattended to shop around but we left it in their care. A month or so later we decided to try Doncaster Honda and while waiting in the service area for our turn we witnessed exactly the same incident now happen to someone else. We left immediately.

I bought a car from Ringwood Honda 6 months ago and the staff that showed me at the Honda Jazz's where very nice and made me feel welcome and showed me all the different parts of the car. The sales person then gave me a great price and through in a Courtesy Car (which I was very happy to get for each service). Well done Honda!!

I recently purchased a new car from here and was pleasantly surprised with the sales person (David)-who wasn't pushy in the slightest. He was just helpful and help me get the car that I wanted at a price I was happy with. Since then the backup service has been great. A follow up phone call to make sure everything was going well with the car and I had no extra questions. The first service was free. The whole experience has been great. No regrets. Can easily recommend this company.

The sales consultant here made my first ever car purchase a positive one, he was very patient, honest and thorough in helping me through the whole process and was so friendly which made it easier. Ever since I bought my Honda from here, I have been coming to service my car here too. Service here is always quick, no fuss and professional, and on time. The always kept me updated on the status of the service and have followed up on my satisfaction by telephone and also by mail.

I recently purchased a Honda Accord and was very happy with the whole experience. The consultant was extremely helpful and went out of his way to assist me in all facets of the changeover - right down to affixing my personalised plates and emblem.
After my first service, I was contacted a couple of weeks later to check that everything was done to my satisfaction.
