Even though it was a used vehicle, we were made to feel special and nothing was an issue or problem. We just purchased our new Mazda CX30GT at Ringwood Mazda and were helped every step of the way by a great guy called Jay Wong. He went out of his way to help us choose the right car. Gave us all the information we required and more. He made us feel very relaxed and nothing was too much trouble. He couldn't have done more for us. The outstanding way that the cars are presented is amazing. We picked our new car up yesterday and he gave us a rundown of all the cars capabilities. So much more than we expected. Jay is great. Couldn't have asked for anyone better. We have no hesitation in recommending Ringwood Mazda to anyone wanting to purchase a great car and have an excellent service team.

We had an appointment at 2pm so we arrived at 1.55 and signed in using the QR code. Part of the sign in process was inputting who you were there to see. The person at the door asked us who we were there to see as well. After 40 mins Kate was done with her customer and then took a different customer. I went to see the concierge and asked why we hadn’t been served. He was confused as he didn’t put our name on his sheet. The assistant manager then came over and apologised and said he would get a car in 5 mins for us to test drive. At no point did Kate come and talk to us. After another half hour of waiting we walked out. I’m so disappointed in Ringwood Mazda as I expected better from a company that supposedly values its customers

We bought our Mazda Cx 30 from Ringwood Mazda, we could not be happier with our experience there and our new car . Nick was amazing so helpful, friendly and professional not pushy as we thought might happen entering the Dealership. Would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a Mazda.

Have bought my last two cars from Ringwood Mazda. I love the building, the cafe, and free delicious snacks!
Usually I found the service staff to be fantastic, just the one or two that walk around whispering to each other or having a giggle - which annoys me anywhere I go, not very professional.
I find they are a little pricey, and don't have a great (affordable) range of quality used cars.
I will soon be in the market for my next car, I will check Mazda out, but will also be comparing prices elsewhere.

Have purchased Mazda's from various dealers, however have never actually purchased from this dealer purely on price. In my experience the Ringwood dealership have not been able to compete on price against competitors in the new car field. We have also found it hard to find staff to talk to when we have gone to visit to look at their range. Although not disappointed with the service offered, we have not been overaly impressed either!

I was looking for a Used Car in Carcity Ringwood and I just happened to drop in here on the way home. My initial observations were how helpful and friendly the salespeople were to me, namely David. About a week later the manager rang me with the exact car I had been looking for. After 4 months the service shop just fixed a couple of minor issues I had with my car after it had run out of warranty. Amazing to deal with and now I can see why they are the Number 1 dealer in Australia.

Very impressed with the professional setup in the service centre. Courtesy car drivers are outstandingly courteous and accommodating. Both times the car has been swiftly serviced and we have incurred minimal inconvenience.
