I Highly Recommend this company. Rang River City Doors on 29th October 2024 with an emergency for our garage door. The lovely lady I spoke to on the other end said she would check with the service people and ring me right back. She returned my call within 15 minute to advise me that they would have someone there around 4.00pm on the same day and that the guy would ring me before he arrived, which Zac did. Considering I rang at 11.00am I was extremely happy. This is the second time in 3 years that I have rang them with an emergency and they are always ready to help out. The friendly and efficient service that I got from Zac is a testament to this business. Thank you

The service is amazing! My heavy garage door misaligned and derailed bending everything out of shape and jammed up. These guys came as quickly as I could have my morning coffee and completely sorted it out in no time. Friendly, professional and proud of what they do clearly so well.

Or the day of service a phone call was received thirty minutes prior to arrival which was on time.
Service man Tim encountered a structural problem which required the services of a builder. Tim was not perturbed by having to reload his truck and return the following week.
Tim arrived today and proceeded to carry out the service and when most of the relocation was done he noticed another concern with stability of a fixture which necessitaed an adaption to the building work just done.
He very diligently went about overcoming the problem and although some rework had to be done he went about the job in a very tradesman like manner.
At all times he communicated with me advising what he was doing during this unconventional service and his manner was always very polite an informative.
I was extremely impressed with Tim's knowledge, application and attitude and highly recommend the services of this Company. Five Stars.

Dave came right on time and quickly assessed the problem being an unfixable 16 year old Boss Door Opener. He quoted a reasonable price for a Merlin Door Opener and installed it immediately finishing within 35 minutes. He took all the rubbish away including the old Opener and Rail. Very pleased with whole experience.

Tim came and attended to my garage door promptly and professionally. He didn’t finish until satisfied that the door was in excellent working order. I highly recommend.

Dave was excellent resolving the problem. Friendly and knowledgeable and Staffy friendly. Highly recommended.

We recently were in need of a repair to a faulty garage door unit. Found River City Doors online and they seemed to be the only one on the Coast that appeared to have as a much of a focus on repairs as new garage doors. So glad we contacted them. Andrew came out and while he could not repair the unit due to its age, was able to replace it with a better unit at a good price. After accidentally damaging our garage door in the evening, we were frantically trying to find a provider to address the issue. From the minute we contacted River City Doors we experienced such a high level of professionalism. Mel quickly organised Chris to call us. Chris promptly called and informed us he would be at our place within the hour (which he was). Chris was friendly, courteous and worked so efficiently to fix our garage door in under an hour. We could not recommend River City Doors highly enough.

I had the most pleasant experience with Mel on the phone & she had a technician out with in an hour to get my car out of my garage as my spring had broken, which she helped me identify by asking all the right, simple easy question, also gave me a price that they stuck too much cheaper then quoted elsewhere. Outstanding service and response. It was Saturday just before Xmas day no response from any other organisation as they had closed. These guys called every hour to let us know how they were travelling and arrived at 4:30pm. Sam new his business, was quick and thorough. Our unit complex was secure! They will have our business from now on. Than you so much Sam and the team, I highly recommend.
