I came home from work and the coil spring on my garage door had broken. I called the number on the door, it went to message bank. I called RiverCityDoors and was answered promptly and the door was fixed at the agreed time. I don't normally fill in survey's when you get good service these days, its hard to say no. Highly recommended.

I called Andrew on a Thursday afternoon after a referral for a garage door where the bracket had completely snapped off from the chain and motor. I was going away for the weekend and anxious to get it fixed as soon as possible. Andrew was super helpful and was able to come the next morning. He fixed it in a flash with great customer service - I wouldn't hesitate to contact him again!

Removal of an existing roller door motor and replacement with new unit. Andrew contacted me, coordinated a time, and turned up on the day when he said he would. Very friendly and professional. Work quality was great.

Replaced broken garage door spring. Andrew explained that an under rated spring had been fitted originally (which also meant that the motor had been overworking). He fitted the correct rated spring from his stock and made the necessary adjustments. Andrew was very professional, prompt and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

Automatic garage door would not shut.(Very old door) As I hardly ever need to use it and did not want an expensive repair, Andrew agreed to disconnect the automatic mechanism and make it manual. He did so and made sure I could easily open and close it. He was very prompt, businesslike and saved me money, I could not have had better service. Very pleased.
