Andrew has got to be the greatest guy around. Prompt service, excellent product and a great attitude. Don't go past River City Doors for quality and professionalism.

Very happy with the prompt service - called in the morning & my garage door was fixed by early afternoon.
Not happy about the $11.55 processing fee for paying by credit card!!! No mention of it being this much when calling to book the repair or on the invoice.

I found the River City Doors staff Friendly, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Flexible and hard working with great Customer Service.
I would say Close the door to dodgy cowboys, whilst opening the door to experience and many years of great customer service.

It was an emergency call (so it was a little expensive) but he was professional, available (got out of bed at 10pm) and was able to fix the problem on site, within the budget and time-frame he originally quoted. Very happy with the service and the expertise

I would highly recommend River City Door. The day before our house settlement date our garage door went. In a panic I called Andrew from River City Door at 8.15 am and he called me straight back. He arrived at our property 20mins later and fixed the door ready for settlement. Amazing!! Literally saved us! Thanks so much!

My tilt garage door died on the Sunday and I was unable to close it securely. I waited until the Monday morning and called first thing. Within 4 hours Andrew had Sam come out and sadly my 17 year old unit was no more (I could see for myself when it was opened up). Sam was able to replace the unit there and then within about 40 mins. Very impressed and compliments to Sam for his professionalism.

Excellent same day service. Andrew fixed our garage quickly (daughter backed into it) arriving within a few hours of my call. Andrew was the only person who answered my husbands frantic phone calls after my car and the garage door had a slight disagreement and I was a bit shaken up. He sent Craig who was extremely professional and kept in touch as to how far away he was and when he would arrive. They fitted us in during the evening after finishing another job in the afternoon. Would highly recommend Andrew - great customer service and very prompt and professional. He was the only one that replied to me when I called a dozen "emergency 24/7" door repair places on a Friday night when I came home and found my garage door was broken, and was able to put my mind at ease and come first thing on Monday morning to solve the issue. What outstanding service from Andrew. I was unable to get help from a larger firm for at least a week and Andrew promised to come the same day. He said, I will text when I'm on my way and he did. What a polite man and everything sorted in a short time. Also cost nearly $200 less than the larger firm!! Recommend him to anyone looking from prompt and friendly service.

They answered the phone on my first call, and they came promptly the same day The problem, a broken spring was quickly fixed. After the door was serviced, it works quieter than it has in years.

Attended promptly to see what problem was. Back with part and fixed first up next morning. Friendly, polite and efficient service - would definitely recommend.

10/10. Andrew services our door a few months ago and did a great job. The spring went yesterday, I called him around 2pm, he was at our place 7am this morning and was done in around an hour. No BS, fair pricing and service with a smile!

Just got my garage door fix , the gear was broken . we estimated would be around $350 , but ended up paid $240 . He fixed my another garage door as well without extra charged . Fully recommended this man

Very highly recommended. We had a difficult broken spring to fix but Andrew worked hard and effectively overcame some issues with how the door had been originally installed by another company. The door works great now. Andrew was hard working, effective and really reasonably priced. We will continue to use Andrew for services to the door - we certainly won't be using anyone else!
