Andrew has got to be the greatest guy around. Prompt service, excellent product and a great attitude. Don't go past River City Doors for quality and professionalism.

Very happy with the prompt service - called in the morning & my garage door was fixed by early afternoon.
Not happy about the $11.55 processing fee for paying by credit card!!! No mention of it being this much when calling to book the repair or on the invoice.

I found the River City Doors staff Friendly, Trustworthy, Knowledgeable, Flexible and hard working with great Customer Service.
I would say Close the door to dodgy cowboys, whilst opening the door to experience and many years of great customer service.

It was an emergency call (so it was a little expensive) but he was professional, available (got out of bed at 10pm) and was able to fix the problem on site, within the budget and time-frame he originally quoted. Very happy with the service and the expertise

My tilt garage door died on the Sunday and I was unable to close it securely. I waited until the Monday morning and called first thing. Within 4 hours Andrew had Sam come out and sadly my 17 year old unit was no more (I could see for myself when it was opened up). Sam was able to replace the unit there and then within about 40 mins. Very impressed and compliments to Sam for his professionalism.
