Excellent Service by Paul. He is very professional and humble. After few months of first application, I had spider issue come back in my garden. Paul generously offered me another application (free of cost) to mitigate the problem thoroughly. I would rate his service 10/10.

Thank you for providing a quick and thorough inspection of our son's house for termites after he discovered live termites in his garden. Your professionalism is exemplary as should be commended both in the way you managed our concerns with follow up phone calls and the way you inspected the property.

We have had a number of people over the years review our property and the inspection was never as thorough as Paul. In this instance the termites were not in the structure and we were reassured the house was of low risk. Paul advised us on how to better protect the house and we will make the necessary changes to the landscape to reduce the risk and will follow up with a yearly inspection.

We are so happy with the great service from Paul and Leona at Rocket pest and termite. Our home was under attack from termites. Paul had done a thorough inspection and even used a thermal imaging camera as well. They put Termidor dust on the live termites and once they were gone a Termidor liquid barrier was put around our home so we wont have this problem again. Hooray no more termites!!!"
