I have been involved with Rockingham Nissan for over 7 years and during that time the customers always come first. Our current Sales rating is 100% and Service rating is 83%. These are very high figures indeed and are in the top of the Nissan Dealerships Australia Wide. Occasionally we get a client who is not happy and we "do our best to sort things out" We can't keep 100% of our customers happy 100% of the time...BUT WE TRY!!
