I had our mirco fibre couch cleaned, that has been very much loved by my partner and our pet bunny rabbit. The couch looks new and took very little time to clean.

In addition we have a shaggy rug but gets a lot of foot traffic, it too came up clean and looks almost new.

Our pets have damaged the carpet with very random stains, almost all of them came out and those that didn't Rod was able to indicate prior to commencement of cleaning.

Rod is very pleasant to deal with. He takes the time to talk to you and answers all your queries. He even makes suggestions on how you can take care of your fabric sofa/carpet. He is also arrives on time. I also appreciated that you can pay him using a credit card because that helped a lot when we were running late and couldn't get to him right away.
