I think this place is now called 'Rolls Vietnam'. Anyway, again I found this place by accident (was running past & saw a small queue). I love Vietnamese pork & chilli rolls & this place does nice delicious ones. They are different to Hong Ha in that the rolls are not 'long rolls' but more of a French stick and the ingredients are sort of compressed. Still, there is the mayonnaise, pate, rolled pork, Vietnamese ham, steamed pork, pickled carrot, onion and a sprig of coriander. Each time I've been I've asked for 'bum burning' chilli & yet I haven't worked up a sweat while eating one. Still, they are delicious. Cost is $5.90 for a 6" and $10.90 for a 12" roll.
They also do a few different types i.e., pulled pork & salad (I'm trying this one next), chicken & salad plus an assortment of rice paper rolls.
Rolls Vietnam also have a loyalty programme where once you buy five rolls the next one is free. Located just up Oxford St from Hyde Park.

Approximate cost: $11

This place has the best pork rolls in Sydney they say, so had to put them to the test myself and see if the hype is true! The classic vietnamese pork roll posters catch my eye and decide to order one of them. It's all beautifully wrapped labels with business stickers on them. Very flash. The baguette is very different to the Vietnamese baguette's I'm used to, but the very crusty outside and smooth soft inside of the bread is what a baguette should be. There were about 3 types of pork meat inside, lots of pickled carrots, shallots, coriander and cucumber. With lashing's of pate, soy sauce, mayonnaise and a few sliced chilli's for flavour - it was very enjoyable to eat. I'm not sure exactly what it was , maybe the extreme freshness of the ingredients used and the quality of the baguette, but this pork roll was truly amazing! It's hard to describe, but it's up there for flavour, quality and taste! Athough at $5.90 ( regular size) a roll, alot more expensive then other pork roll places I have been too, well worth the price in my opinion.

It's not hard to see why they have queue's of people waiting daily. They also serve pho, spring rolls and rice paper rolls too! Now I can truly see why this place is Sydney's best prol rolls! A new favourite of mine! Highly recommended!

Approximate cost: $5.90
