I called them in the morning to see if they could attend to what I believed to be a minor leak. The office contacted me and advised of their charges and that they should be able to have a technician out to me on that same day. Their technician called before lunch advising they were on their way. Harry took his time to explain what he was going to do, then carried out the inspection. After the inspection, Harry showed what/where the problem was and that he was able to fix it on the spot, without the need to come back. After the repair Harry again explained and showed (via pictures) what he had found and done to correct the problem. He was here about 2 hours and did a very thorough job. I would certainly recommend Roof Doctors for their professionalism, and quick response.

They did an inspection, found the problem and gave a quote the day we rang. Returned the next day and renewed the leaking flashing, and showed us photos of the repairs. An excellent job and very polite people. Well done!

The Roof Doctors pressure cleaned the tiles and re-pointed the ridge capping of the terracotta tiles on our house and garage. I had a terrible experience with this company. I had a leak in my roof that they only half fixed because a month later I noticed black mould growing on my brand new ceiling (which cost me $2500.)
I was told every excuse why their warranty doesn’t cover this, that it’s a new leak (even though black mould doesn’t just appear after a day) and it up to the customer to test their repair, because as I was told they don’t test after that have repaired the roof. God forbid if they did a job for a little old lady it’s her responsibility to water her roof down, then get in the ceiling to check their work.
Completely unreasonable and ridiculous.
I would definitely not recommend his company.

We first met Jeremiah in 2008 and his team did a fantastic job on our roof - Ridge Capping. Our neighbours we so impressed so they also asked to have their home done as well.
