Our roof in Mitchell Park hadn't been touched since it was first built 1963. We hadnt even cleaned it. We could have spent $20k on replacing it, but we thought we'd give repointing a try. Roof Doctors won the job because they were very prompt to book this in. They win 5 stars because they explained every step of the way, and recommended options that would help improve the life of the roof. They did a great job. We paid a fraction of the cost of replacement, and now have a roof that will last the distance. Also super quick - confirmed on Monday, finished by Thursday the same week. Well done.

My only gripe is having to pay a 2% surcharge on top of the price in order to use a credit card. It’s a cost that I don’t agree with. I pay the fees to the bank for my credit card and I believe that the company who gives the option to pay by credit card should be responsible for the merchant banking fees that this payment method attracts.

We have had other so called professionals do repairs, only to have the Roof Dr come and repair again! Says it all.

Needed to replace my ridgecaps. They were very good on pricing, and very flexible when it came to doing the fix. Wet weather meant it needed to be done over multiple call outs, but each time they gave me plenty of notice.
