I recently had an oxygen facial and what a wonderful experience it turned out to be. The staff was very professional and ensured that the atmosphere was relaxing. Very professional. I get face threading done and they don't miss a hair. They also do Indian head massage, henna artwork, kerala massages and also the mainstream beauty as in facials, waxing etc.

I have been going to Rooprani for 2 years and absolutely love the service. I keep going back because of the quality of the threading and how well my skin has responded to all the treatments. I find that the way they do the threading is much healthier for my skin than waxing. The shape they achieve with eyebrow threading is especially good and I have referred so many friends and family as they ask me where I get it done. I will definitely keep going back!

It was an extremely unpleasant experience. When I arrived to the salon, she was not at all welcoming. During my session, she was actually on the phone to one of her employee asking her to come in early for work. If I was to pay her for my session, the least I'd expect was her 100% attention. Service was horrible and when I checked my face at the end of my session, there were still hairs everywhere. Overall, I would never go back and recommend against going to Roop Rani.
