Got a spa pedicure done recently , it is totally not worth it , the nail polish started peeling off in a day and the skin around my toe nails are bruised from the rough handling by the service provided .The skin was also left extremely dry in spite of the pedicure .They used to be a great service provider but it is definitely not the case anymore .

I went for an expensive haircut at Rooprani and I clearly set up my expectations as I am extremely sensitive towards my hair. The person at first instance said that she has understood the instruction, however she literally did a disastrous hair cut. To make matters worse, the cut was so ugly that the alignment of strands were completely out of sync. I went back to have a chat with them and they were completely rude, unprofessional and demonstrated deplorable and lamentable behaviour, purely disgusting. I would highly urge people to avoid this parlour. Extremely disappointed, annoyed. NOT AT ALL RECOMMENDED

On 11th January 2015 I visited this Salon for Hair, Make up and Nails. The hair was beautifully done exactly to my liking.'The Make up was quite the best I have ever had. Everyone else puts eye makeup on too heavy, but this make-up artist did the most amazing job. Nails were also good, although time did not allow for complete drying. As Mother of the Bride I was extremely happy. Recommended to all.

I book in a regular threading and waxing appointment at Roop Rani Collins st. The women there are professional, friendly and efficient, and the salon is open at convenient times. The beauticians take care to do a good job and confirm I am satisfied. Plus, their creams smell amazing!

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded at RoopRani for about 3 years now and have never had any problems. Appointments are available quickly, the staff are all very welcoming and friendly, and all very good at their job. Would recommend to anyone who's looking for threading in Melbourne CBD.
