I went twice to get my eyebrows done, and although those 10 or so minutes were good, the rest of the experience left a lot to be desired. Both times, I had to wait at least 15 minutes before it was my turn, despite having made an appointment and being asked to arrive early. They're also a little on the expensive side, although I was satisfied with the final result on both occasions--I'm just not sure if it's worth the time, hassle, and cost.

Had some eyebrow treatments done a few times but they always give you a very hard sell to get x y and z additional services. You also repeatedly get left waiting and waiting while they serve customers. A simple thing takes 4 x as long that way.

Emily is fantastic. Truly professional and knows her stuff. I will definitely be going back to see her again.

I went here for an eyebrow was and also a bikini wax. I had booked an appointment but waited around 20 mins in the reception area whilst a young lady was unpacking cosmetics etc, then she eventually took me in. Whilst her professionalism couldn't be doubted, she was extremely rough and did not hold the skin taught and i ended up with bruising and pain both above my eyes and around my bikini line. I went here as they are supposedly an eyebrow specialist, and i was disappointed to say the least. As i was headed on a holiday the next day, the pain and bruising made things extremely tender to say the least...
