I understand now why it is so hard to find any online reviews of this company. They do not respond to emails and when they do, they don't take responsibility for delays or lack of communication. I am still waiting for my order; I am just glad I paid with PayPal so I can let them handle the dispute.

This business is awful. They will not take any responsibility for the problems they cause. They take your money and hold it don't send items don't contact you and then after waiting ages I ring n email but no one responds or answers pH. Finally get a email and they tried charging me transaction fees to get my money back. They tell me they email me which was another lie. They lied about the reason why they held my money and not send anything. Then the director Bryan rude and very insulting and eventually said he will refund my money. It has been a awful experience, my poor dogs left without there special food. It has caused me big problems. Please please never buy from this company. And tell your friends not to also please.
