Visited Royals again today for the 1M time! Had a fantastic colour and blow dry with Blake and Emma. Can’t recommend enough, I get compliments on my hair daily ️

Both my wife and I have been going here for ages, at least a decade. I’m in my late 60’s and get some colour in my hair to get a reaction from my golf mates, and my wife would get colour to match our daughter. The last time however the vibe in the place was totally changed, it was empty, it was expensive beyond belief, it was slow, and the manager had attitude about my wife in a wheelchair and in pain after hours and hours. We are looking elsewhere, and I’d say we’re not the first to leave what once was a great hairdresser.

Have been going to Royals for 5 yrs. Emma and Blake do my hair. Both of them amazing. Blake was my stylist this Sunday and as usual did a perfect job. Would highly recommend them to anyone , any time.

Absolutely outstanding. I normally have my hair cut at Luc Espace in Chatswood Chase, but decided to try Royals for a perm (a service not offered by Luc Espace) after a series of medical treatments turned my hair to straw and took away my natural curls. I probably spoke to two or three staff members during the process (the first time I stopped by to inquire about it, then during the initial consultation), and all were extremely understanding, kind, and knowledgeable. Blake, however, was the real standout. I'm sure it must be very tedious winding hair on rollers, but he was meticulous and patient throughout the entire procedure. Although the whole process took about three hours, I actually found it very enjoyable. The staff clearly get along well with each other and there was a sense of camaraderie in the air that made it a pleasure just to sit, relax, and enjoy the atmosphere. Most importantly, the results of the perm were amazing -- I look like "me" again! And thanks to an Olaplex treatment at the end, my hair is not just curly, but soft and bouncy. I don't often think much about my appearance, but it's amazing how something like this can give you a real lift in how you feel. Thanks, Blake, and everyone else at Royals!

They certainly do a great job. I love their caring attitude, knowledge and understanding. This place is a wonderful example of how a hairdresser should be.

Royals Hair and Beauty is sensational. They have incredible professional talent and produce amazing quality hair. The Royals team makes you feel at home and despite how regular you are, they will give you an amazing consultation to ensure that your vision can be executed to the very best of their ability. Their customer service is amazing. In terms of pricing, they are not cheap BUT they are also not the most expensive. For the outstanding work that they do, you're happy to pay for the result. I have had extensions (tape ins and clip ins), various colours, up dos, many hair cuts and treatments and I'm always more than pleased with the result. I'm so surprised when I see negative reviews talking about bad customer service and over pricing. Blake, Mary, Jeremy and Jess always quote me before I give them the "go" to do the job. I love my hairdresser, the vibe, the work and the overall customer care that Royals pride themselves on! Im not going anywhere, I have found my hairdresser!

Forgot the lady's name who did my hair but she did a great colour and lovely blow dry, think they had a first time customers special. One thing I don't like is I regularly see their hairdressers hanging around the cash register, looks like they have not much to do.

A huge fan of their work. I followed my hairdresser who moved from Castle Hill to the Hornsby salon and have never been disappointed. I get my hair coloured every 8 to 10 weeks and I use a loyalty card to access discounts. I highly recommend them. Sarah
