I purchased a rear heater core hose for my car, which specifically mentioned it would fit my engine type. Well it didn't, it was the correct hose but the fittings were not in the correct position which meant it would kink the hose if I was to line it up with the front hose. They tried to blame it on me saying I didn't supply a vin but they quickly realised, when I supplied the oem part number, that it was the correct part. Obviously this has now been placed in the too hard basket, and no one wants to do anything about so they just simply ignore my emails. Thier 100% fitment guarantee means FA, as they don't honour it when you have a legitimate issue with thier products. Spend the extra $ and get OEM and avoid the headaches

So disappointed paid 19.12.22 for a part to get car running for Xmas. Told 1-3 days delivery. Xmas over, I'm still at home, no car, still no part, it's the 29.12.22 Told it was still in their warehouse on 28.12.22? Maybe they should rectify their delivery times to suit their seasons I'm devastated, had no car for the only break in years. Bad advertising. Can't comment on the quality of the item as it hasn't come and when it does it won't get fitted until the next day

This organisation is a scam the platform on parts choosing is rubbish this service is rubbish their care for customer satisfaction is 0 do yourself the biggest favour pay a couple of dollars more and go elsewhere.

Received a new water pump that was severely corroded and needs replacement. They have not responded to emails or messages from their own website. You can't find a phone number anywhere on the net.

Bottom line they are thieves! Items were incorrectly listed for my model of Mercedes. Emailed and they said return them for a refund, so I did, with Australia post tracking. Parcel spent two weeks at the post office, then they couldn't find it and now we have silence.... Do not respond to emails or messages. They have basically stole money from me as they have the items and my money. Do yourself a favour DO NOT SHOP HERE! I will be pursuing with the office of fair trade.

Just bought complete set of brake rotors and pads for my Fiat .
The quality is great , the service was spot on as long as you don't mind the response delay as they only have email support, and the price is unbeatable .
