Deserve zero stars.Unethical and deceptive business. Charged extra for toner used as part of the colouring process after being assured by Geoff this was the case. I have thin hair - was charged for thick and medium shoulder length- was charged for long. Short changed at the counter for a package listed as no more than $160-180 max. Complete sham of a business with works who left my hair to burn under a heating processor. Kept changing their recommendations and lying about the bleach in their hair costing $1000. Avoid these shameless, incompetent scammers Subshine and Geoff. They cannot even master hairdressing basics like cutting hair straight.

BEST salon and hair colouring in Sydney. I spent a decade finding the perfect hairdresser to bleach my hair, and Runway Salone’s work is unmatched. I have spent the last 2 years coming here and the attention to detail in foiling, colouring and toning has been the highest quality work I’ve experienced in Sydney.

From the consultations, hair planning and maintenance teaching from Geoff, expert colour styling by Sunshine and hair massages/blow drying from Reeam this team has saved my dry bleached hair and has fully restored it to the best colour and hair health I’ve ever had. Best salon I've been to by far. They r professional and really listen to what I want. Every time I've walked out I've always been happy. The girls are always very friendly with smiles on their faces and I actually look forward to going to the salon to have some 'time out' and be pampered. Would definitely recommend the team at Runway Salone. Once you try them you will never look back!

I just want to say how difficult it is to find a team of hairdressers under the one roof who are all extremely talented and brilliant at all aspects of hairdressing. Normally there's the one you like for your cut and one who is better at colours and one who can do a really good style at the end, but at runway, the team are all gifted in their art! They listen to what you want, I am the type of client who likes to mix it up every visit and test their expertise...they get it right every time. How hard is it to find a hairdresser to perform a great cut? Not only cut with the right shape for you, but properly finished off and taken the time to truly care about the end result? Always perfect at runway I felt compelled to write a review because everyone needs to know. I travel 2 hours just to see any one in this amazing team. That says a lot because I'm a busy mum of 3 and time is precious! But there truly is nowhere better.

After many hair disasters at various salons, I can honestly say this salon is in a league of it's own. Natalina Di Pietro is amazing!! She cut my hair beautifully, it turned out even better than what I imagined. She communicates with you all the way and advises you based on your style, hair type etc. In fact, all the staff were wonderful and friendly. Customer service is exceptional and there really isn't anything that I can criticize. It is pricier than the average salons you find in shopping centers but you do get what you pay for. I will always be coming here from now on and will recommend this salon to everyone.

I have been underwhelmed by my hair for years but after being persuaded by a friend to give Natalina at Runway Salone a try , I thought what do I have to lose; on meeting Natalina for the first time it was obvious that this experience was going to be different. She asked lots of questions about the way I saw myself, my lifestyle and the type of clothes I feel comfortable in, she even went through magazines and asked me to nominate who resembled my intended look and so once she "understood"me her prescribed hairstyle was carefully explained. I have never been happier with my hairstyle, it camouflages my high forehead, gives the illusion that my thin hair has body and I can even get away not blow drying ! Although a regular wash and blow dry by Natalina or Ivana is difficult to resist. The salon itself is spacious, has great vibe with white tiles and black chandeliers and I have to mention the head massage by Kara ....there is no comparison!
