Have been going there for a few years now. Last visit was very unpleasant they had some men doing cuts. I was subjected to a very uncomfortable situation the person that I had made my feel as if I shouldn’t be there. I was very embarrassed with his comments. Because I was a smoker he didn’t want to cut my hair unless I had a wah before cutting as would have been very unpleasant for him. Everyone in the salon heard what was said. Will not be going back again.

I went in there today & asked for Michelle as I read the reviews about her were very good. Michelle listened to what I wanted & came up with some suggestions for my type of hair as it is very fine. I am very happy with my haircut & will be back even though I live in Margaret River. The three ladies that greeted me discussed what I wanted as I waited (which wasn’t very long) & they were lovely & very helpful too!

I have been going toMidland branch for 10 years. Some of the hairdressers there have been there the same length of time. On the rare occasion - and it is rare - that I have not been overly pleased with the cut - I have told them - it's been fixed. I have gone home once - not happy - rang them and gone back - no extra charge. I have made this comment simply because people love to post negatively - but they don't do anything about it and go elsewhere to have their "problem fixed" and complain in a post about terrible service. I will be going there for the next ten years - excellent service all round.

a young girl was appointed to me and she did a real good job. i wanted an awkward hairstyle, she understood my wishes, gave some styling advice and there she went on cutting, very meticulously.
Every hair was cut with precision. That we did not go into an indepth conversation is completely irrelevant to me. These girls work on some 16 clients per day, do I expect them to be interested in me, nah :)))). They are hair dressers and do a good job.
I will never go back to my very expensive hairdresser in Perth centre, for me express salon in Midland is perfectly fine.
I was almost chocked to hear that I only had to pay 30$ For such a good job! Well done Miki!

I recently had my hair restyled at this Salon and the whole experience was fantastic from the moment I entered the store until I left feeling like a brand new woman! The staff are warm and friendly and my haircut was better than many I have had at other salons and at only a fraction of the cost. The hairdresser even gave me some great tips on how to style my type of hair. Definitely will be going back and would recommend without hesitation.

I am honestly so glad I changed hairdressers and started going to salon express! I went about two months ago, used to spend a fortune going to rip off hair salons but desperately needed my hair done! I am So glad i did now! I got a colour, cut and blow wave and my hair has never looked better! The colour has lasted way longer then any other one I had before, hasn't even faded yet! And it is so reasonably priced. The staff were also very friendly and welcoming not to mention the recommendations of products to get my hair healthy again because I have heat damage from
Straightening over the years. They are so experienced in what they do
And worked really fast but honestly do an amazing job. Everyone has been complimenting my hair asking me what stylist I went to see, but it was a hidden gem in midland gate!! Can't wait for my next appointment! Thanks salon express :)

I wouldn't recommend this salon to anyone, my hair was basically butchered after having it cut there, my hair is now two different lengths on either side and is also too short to try and fix it, it would have been perfect if the hairdresser had cut my hair nicely. I paid $35 for my hair to look nice not like it had been run over with lawn mower.

Poor service, the girls were more interested in having a private conversation than looking after the clients. The colour I had was terrible and I had to go somewhere else to have it fixed. A waste of money. Won't go back and wouldn't recommend it at all.
