I rang SAS and was told that because I still had the head I could reuse the chip and it would be much cheaper (no-one else had told me this). He gave me a quote over the phone (which he stuck to) and I was able to go to them (as they were fairly close to where I live). He was friendly and professional and did the job efficiently.
