I came to the salon not completely sure what i wanted with my hair but bree helped me and we worked out something similar hut even better than the reference picture i brought in.

I no longer rate this salon. Both my hairdressers have left, and this morning I was put on hold 3 times by some charmless nerd while trying to make an appointment. On the fourth try, I was told: you'll have to wait, someone else is using the computer. Not what a customer wants to hear from a receptionist. I certainly won't be back.
I am so sorry you had a bad experience. We had a new computerised booking system in salon and it was quite stressful for the first few days for us all. That is no excuse for a rude phone manner though. I have spoken with the team about this so it wont happen again. If you do decide to return to us ask for Bree and she will have a little surprise for yo during your appt. Sarah :-)
Lovely haircut, best I've had for a long time - styled by Kate, who knew exactly what she was doing! Polite, friendly staff and impressive range of services. So glad I found this salon.

I needed a new hairdresser, and after reading reviews for lots of local salons I decided to contact Scamps…and I am extremely happy with that choice. The staff are friendly and there is a happy vibe. Most importantly though, I was able to explain what I needed and managed to walk out with exactly that! I’m looking forward to my next visit :)

My first time going to scamps, and from the minute I walked in, it was nothing but smiles and giggles. Such an amazing atmosphere, and so friendly. I have mental health issues and today was a bad day for me, but I still wanted to have some mum pamper time. Kate who did my hair was so understanding and kept me talking which helped me with not having a panic attack. I took advantage of their new to scamps package, and I am over the moon with my new hair!

Bree was my brilliant stylist!
She understood exactly what I wanted.
Bree made me completely at ease and her skills are amazing! She cut, highlighted and blow waved my hair. She blended my grey roots beautifully.
Bree is a lovely young woman and I highly recommend her skills.. Scamps Salon was a warm and friendly place and I am extremely happy with their services and the prices are very reasonable.
I highly recommend this Salon.

Went to Scamps 10 days ago as a new client and had my hair done under their $99 cut, colour, foils and blow dry offer - excellent value. However there was some miscommunication between myself and Kate and it wasn’t exactly what I wanted. I rang a week later under their 100% guarantee and Kate redit it yesterday. I am very happy with it now and Kate was marvellous making sure we were both on the same page with colour and style. I must admit I was hesitant about going back but so glad I did. I wasn’t made to feel that I was a nuisance at any time. I highly recommend this salon - very professional. Thank you Kate

Jackson was my hairdresser.
I have not been able to find someone that knows how to cut curly hair in over a decade.
Not only did Jackson know how, he gave me the best haircut I’ve ever had.

I visited Scamps for the first time and I was not disappointed. I had Mariola for a root touch up and trim. The colour was perfect and the cut was the best I had in years! Felt like I got my money’s worth and enjoyed the experience. I will definitely be going back again.

I rang after finding Scamps online and was able to get in the same day due to a last minute cancellation. Bree was awesome and so enthusiastic about my hair - the vibe of the salon was warm, fun and friendly, whilst being very knowledgeable and professional with my hair cut, color and style. I will definitely making Scamps my salon of choice from now on.

After having a hair cut from Mariola I would not go anywhere else!! She is a master stylist who knows exactly how to handle hair.
Also the salon has the best coffee ever!
Always happy helpful staff in a clean comfortable enviroment.

I had a colour,foils and a cut with Lauren and l am so pleased with the result.The colour is rich,the contrast colour of the foils were just perfect. Lauren spent time to give me a very stylish cut that suits me very well.Thank you.

Got me in at short notice with a great stylist and great service. I was very pleased with their organisation, efficiency, and the customer bag which details services, costs, and rewards. All very helpful! I am just about to make my next appointment.

I am VERY fussy about my hair and like it cut a specific style (not ordinary). I've only had 4 hairdressers in my whole lifetime. I needed a new hairdresser and so decided to try Scamps based on reviews. I have not been disappointed. The staff are great. The prices are great. And Mariola is an amazing hairdresser (A Perfectionist).
EVERY SINGLE TIME I come away incredibly happy. Hairdresser for life now.

Rang up at the last minute for a haircut and they asked how quickly I could get there. Thanks for fitting me in while my hairdresser was currently having her second child. I was offered tea or coffee but only needed water. This is a lovely touch. Left with my hair much neater and a goodie bag. Great first time experience here

I went in to Scamps for the $99 new client package and was really nervous to get my hair done for the first time. As it turns out I needn't have worried, Liz was absolutely wonderful, she immediately put me at ease. She knew exactly what highlights and style would look good on me. I left with a fabulous cut and a colour that was still me, only better. I had a fantastic first experience at Scamps, I will definitely be going back!

Liz is our newest staff member (only been with us 3 months) but is already making a positive impact on all the clients she is able to look after in her limited working hours. When you call to make your next appointment with her, just remember she only works Thursday nights and Saturdays, so don't leave your rebooking too late to ensure she can fit you in when you want to come in. What an amazing salon and such lovely staff. After a disappointing visit to a different hair salon previous, who really made quite a mess of my transforming from long to short hair, Scamps saved the day. Nothing was too much trouble and no part of the process was rushed. I felt like my day at the salon was real treat and felt truly pampered. Don't be put off by the fact that this salon is not on the high street in the CBD, this salon is up there, if not better than any I have been to and paid top city prices. Well done girls.....I will definitely be back for sure.
